Take two tablespoon of natural yogurt before each meal. There is good bacteria in yogurt that needs to be in the gut to assist the breakdown of foods, especially if you have overloaded your system with sugar and yeast-filled foods o a long period of time.
A diet rich in anti-oxidant foods such as orange vegetables/ fruits, turmeric and green tea which assists in weight loss and cholesterol should be taken.
Anti-oxidant tablets (consisting of vitamins A, C and E) also assist in neutralising the free radicals in the body.
All the following supplements should be taken after food.
Two Siberian or Korean ginseng tablets each morning, especially if you are tired.
One multivitamin (including all the B vitamins, especially folic acid) each morning. This supplement can be continued for as long as you like.
The herb gymnema helps to control blood sugar levels and cravings. Take one tablet two to three times daily.
Continue taking your supplements until you reach your desired weight. Then take one of each daily to stay healthy and in control.
